Guest Feedback - Meridien at Trinity

Feedback from guests who recently stayed at the Meridien at Trinity

Hi Sara

We were very pleased with the service from both yourself and the managers, Ian and Barbara at The Meridien at Trinity. To be honest the website does not fully do justice to the service we received at the resort where Ian and Barbara were most welcoming and helpful. They helped us to arrange the tours we went on and ran us to the local supermarket so that we colud buy any food we needed. This was a great bonus as the heat was more than we were used to. The apartment itself was great.

We only had 3 days and in that time we went to Green Island, visited Port Douglas and went on the Kuranda Skyrail and Railway. All three days were most enjoyable and the Skyrail day was a particular treat.

I would be happy for you to put our comments on your website feedback page, both you and Ian and Barbara deserve the highest praise for you efforts.

Kind regards

Alan

Guest feedback - The Lakes Resort & Spa Cairns

Feedback from guests who recently stayed at The Lakes Resort & Spa Cairns

G'day Troy,
Thanks for everything - The holiday was really good & the apartment & apartment complex was top notch. Nothing really to complain about except that reception are really sticky about the check out time (was $10 for every hour after check out time).
Saw and did most things in Cairns in 7 days (Great Barrier reef, Daintree rainforests, croc farm, tablelands, Skyrail) and all in all the holiday was really good. Your service was excellent and would recomend to anyone.
Thanks once again,

Brian

Southern Cross Atrium Apartment Cairns

Customer feedback from Cairns Holiday clients stayed at the Southern Cross Atrium Apartments Cairns

Good evening

We had a fantastic holiday thank you and were quite satisfied with your accommodation at the Southern Cross, apart from not being able to work a few of the appliances - no instruction manuals and the person on reception did not speak comprehendable English.

As far as booking through you, that was really easy and all good.

We are looking for accommodation for 31/5 to 4/6 in Cairns - again a one bedroom apartment, preferably with a view. If you have any deals going closer to the time, we would be interested in hearing from you.

Kind regards

Izak
